Restore your roof. Skip the tear-off.
We're an independent, certified applicator of Conklin-brand silicone and acrylic roof coating systems — a seamless, reflective restoration for metal, single-ply, built-up, and spray foam roofs nationwide, at a fraction of full replacement cost.
A watertight roof, honestly priced
Tell us about your roof — an aging membrane, a rusting metal panel, or ponding water — and we'll build a clear, no-pressure coating estimate.
- Seamless waterproof restoration
- Cool-roof reflective energy savings
- Honest restoration-vs-replacement advice
A seamless coating can restore a roof that still has life left in it.
Silicone and acrylic elastomeric coating systems, applied over an existing sound roof, create a seamless, fully-adhered waterproof membrane — restoring a roof to like-new watertight condition at a fraction of tear-off and replacement cost, with far less disruption to your building's operations.
These systems work across roof substrates — metal, single-ply membrane (TPO/EPDM/ PVC), built-up/BUR, modified bitumen, and spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofs. One certified applicator, multiple roof types, one coating-first philosophy: repair and restore when restoration is genuinely the right call, and give you an honest answer when it isn't.
We are an independent, certified applicator trained and authorized to install Conklin-brand coating systems to manufacturer specification — we are not Conklin the manufacturer, and every estimate we provide is our own project pricing, not official Conklin corporate pricing.

Seamless protection, honestly applied.
Seamless waterproofing
A fully-adhered coating membrane with no seams or fasteners for water to find — applied directly over your existing, sound roof.
Cool-roof reflectivity
High-reflectivity white coating systems reduce rooftop surface temperature, cutting cooling load compared to a dark membrane or asphalt roof.
Certified installation
We're trained and certified to install Conklin coating systems to manufacturer specification — never a shortcut, never a guess.
Every roof substrate, one certified applicator.
Metal, single-ply, built-up, or spray foam — the right Conklin coating system and prep method depends on what your roof is made of, not where it sits.

Roof coating FAQs
General commercial roof coating runs roughly $1.50-$6.50 per square foot, with silicone systems specifically landing around $3.50-$7.00/sq ft due to their higher material cost and longer lifespan. Acrylic systems generally land at the lower end of the range. A free on-site inspection gets you a firm number for your specific roof.
No. We are an independent, certified contractor trained and authorized to install Conklin-brand roof coating systems — we are not Conklin the manufacturer or any affiliated corporate entity. Conklin manufactures the coating products; we apply them to manufacturer specification as a certified installer.
Yes, in most cases. A coating restoration applied over a sound existing roof is typically a fraction of the cost per square foot of a full tear-off and replacement, with far less disruption to building operations. We'll give you an honest read on whether your roof is a good coating candidate or genuinely needs replacement.
Silicone is non-sacrificial with a 20+ year potential lifespan and superior UV and ponding-water resistance, but costs more. Acrylic is sacrificial (it wears down gradually) with a 10-15 year lifespan, costs less, and self-cleans well in rain — but isn't recommended where regular ponding water occurs.
Often, yes. We assess rust condition first — rust-inhibitive primer prep and fastener/seam treatment come before any topcoat. If the metal substrate is structurally sound, a coating restoration stops leaks and condensation without the cost of a full metal roof replacement.
Reflective white coating systems can meaningfully reduce rooftop surface temperature and cooling load compared to a dark membrane or asphalt roof — this is commonly called 'cool roof' performance. Actual savings vary by building and climate, so we frame this as a real performance benefit rather than a guaranteed dollar figure.
